Psychiatric services

The Truman Group provides remote psychiatric services for adults including comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management and ongoing follow-up care for.

We offer psychiatric services to:

• Adults (18+) living in the EU — including U.S. State Department personnel and their families
• Adults temporarily stateside (on home-leave) or living in Washington D.C., Virginia, New York, or Connecticut
• Adults elsewhere in the world  —  for consultation-only evaluations

What We Offer:

For clients in the EU, VA, NY, CT, and DC:

• Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
• Medication management (excluding controlled substances)
• Ongoing follow-up care

For clients outside these areas:

• One-time, in-depth consultations
• Full diagnostic assessments with evidence-based treatment recommendations
• Collaborative care with therapists and detailed written reports

This is especially helpful for clients navigating complex mental health issues, dealing with language barriers, and/or facing limited local options.
